If you plan to ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ: Call in advance so we can schedule your last pick up of your roll cart.

Your bill is due by the 15th of the month. If not paid by the end of the month, you will be a sent a Delinquent notice with an assessed Finance Charge at 1.5% monthly (18% APR) with a $2 minimum.
If not paid by 45 days from your original statement date you will be sent a Disconnect notice with 10 days to pay or have your service disconnected.
At 60 days from your original statement date you will be sent a final late notice which includes a second Finance Charge and notice of Collection. If no payment or contact with our office is made by the due date on the Collection notice your account will be sent to a credit bureau for collection.
If your account has been stopped or turned over to collection there are fees to restart again. Those fees are $25 for a disconnected account and $50 for a collection account.
To reinstate service, the account balance plus the next 2 months of service must also be paid.
All N.S.F. check and returned payments will incur a $25 N.S.F. fee

We recommend all roll carts need to be set out by 5AM of your pick up day, if not by the night before. Pick up days are determined by your physical address.
All containers need at least 4 feet of clearance around all sides.
If the container does not have adequate clearance, it will be considered not out. Refunds and/or credits are not given for containers that are not out on their pickup day.

If you miss the driver on your route day and would like him to come back to dump your garbage, there will be a $7.50 callback fee charged to your next bill.
If you need an additional pickup on a day that is not your regular pickup day, there will be a $10 special pickup fee on your next bill.

Anything not completely inside the roll cart or container is considered extra garbage and will be charged for. This includes roll carts and containers when the lid is not completely closed.
Garbage must not extend outside your cart. If the lid is open more than 10โ, there could be an extra charge. Bagged, boxed, or bundled material within 1 foot of the cart will be considered trash and picked up for an extra charge.

Yes we have lockable units available (upon availability). There is a one time buy/install lock fee of $30.00 and a monthly lock maintenance fee of $7.50

Rent: Seven days without additional rental charges. On the eighth day, a rental charge will be assessed based on the size of container.
Weekends are included in daily rent.

Household Garbage Only.
Carpet/wood needs to be cut down into 12โ pieces.
*Contents need to be compactable; not hauled directly up to the landfill.

$200.00 Deposit may be required upfront, so our office staff will let you know based on prior payment history.
Please let us know placement of the box. Our drop boxes must be placed on very firm or paved ground.
If drop box is being placed on public property (city street, alley or downtown area) customer will need a permit from the Baker City Police. The permit is FREE, so the customer will need to call 541-524-2014.

No: Tires, appliances with Freon, Car Batteries, TVs, Liquid or Hazardous Material.

Truck limit is 47,200# (truck plus loaded box). There is an additional charge $8.00 per each 100 lbs over 47,200.
Callback: If the box is overloaded and has to be leveled, there will be a $10.00 fee for the driver to come back a second time.

Drop Boxes can go outside Baker City limits, but have to remain in our service areas. Customers will pay mileage which is $2.50 per mile (Round Trip)

1 unit provides approximately 200 uses.
Special Events should consider the following when planning their portable toilets:
1 unitโ50 people for 1 day
1 unit-25 people for 2days
1 unit- 10 people for 40 hour work week

Yes, we offer 3 types of trailer units that require a 2โ ball hitch.
Trailer units require the customer to pick up the unit from our office, and will need to call us when they are needing a new one.

All portable toilet cleaning rates will increase beginning in November for the winter season to reflect increased costs with adding methanol solution to prevent freezing.
